Chelsi L. May — Founder / CEO
With 15 years in the restoration industry, Chelsi co-founded Titaness Solutions to give contractors the advocate they deserve in the claims process. Her expertise spans water, fire, and mold estimating, negotiations, and collections, grounded in IICRC standards, OSHA compliance, and Administrative Code. Known for her precision and tenacity, Chelsi’s mission is simple: ensure contractors get paid fairly, quickly, and without compromise.
Cynthia Gagnon — Co-Founder & Director of Operations
Cynthia brings balance and structure as co-founder of Titaness Solutions. With a background rooted in organization, client success, and process improvement, she keeps projects moving with clarity and efficiency. Her empathetic nature and people-first leadership make her a trusted partner to both contractors and the Titaness team. Cynthia ensures that every claim is handled with care, consistency, and attention to detail.
